Picture this. You have your own world to create as you want it to be. What kind of world do you make? Is it full of strange creatures or are your friends in this world? What creatures do you include? What does the world look like?
These questions always go through the mind of someone who creates their own world. Whether it be for their own personal enjoyment or for a role playing game perhaps. All these answers need to be thought out. What follows is a description of my Shadow Realm. Scan what is written here and feel free to comment in an email or give ideas you may have. The Shadow Realm *or Shadows to its inhabitants* is an Earth-like realm. It has its oceans *4 of them* and continents *8 of these* with various climates. The primary continent is called the Gemini Stronghold by most of the population. This continent is much like Earth's America. It has a desert-like area, scattered forested areas, and some colder regions. This is the largest of the continents. It is surrounded by 3 oceans, the Ocean of Night, the Starcrosser, and the Atlantis. Within the safety of this region many groups have set up what might be called states. A couple of examples of these might include: Talon Cliffs, Snow Haven, Crystal Cove, and my residence of Spiritwalk. Many others have been established but would take much too long to list. The previous few are the centers of life in Gemini. The names are pretty much descriptive of the climate or area. Spiritwalk is a mix of forest and plains. My personal hideout is in the forest near the Hunter's River. This area is prime for my animals. The forest suits my wolves and the plains suit my horses. My bird allies are pleased with either as all they ask is an open sky.
In the Realm, many different peoples come together and live in peace. *Most of the time* These are not all of them but it is rather a sample of what kind of beings inhabit such a place as the Shadow Realm.
